Terms & Conditions

• Full payment is required on booking, 50% of which is refundable upto 4 weeks before departure date 
• A refundable cash deposit of £100 required on arrival (breakages) which will be returned on departure, assuming everything is in order. 
• There must be at least one adult within the holiday party 
• No Pets are permitted within the apartment 
• Smoking is not permitted in apartment
